~Welcome~ The door is open...Step inside for my Christmas tour!

Hey Guys! Come on in out of the cold! Brr...As you can see I finally finished my decorating. I'm going to show you the living room and dining room today and in a few days I will show you my gingerbread kitchen.

Here is the living room all decked out!
I dressed up the candle holder with ribbon and an embellishment.

The coffee table was one of the hardest to decorate. I ended up using an arrangement with a candle, some Christmas balls and a crown I had in my bookcase.
The mantle is alot of fun... I had the present centerpiece I bought last year. I added the Santa fairies and arrangements with the balls on each side this year. I also added the stockings and chose not to put up the garland. It was a little too busy.

I added some lime green ribbon to the top of the presents to tie in the lime green from the balls and stockings. I am lovin the lime green this year!
Here is the other side of the room. I added the amaryllis and frames.

I'll never forget this day! Chase did not want to sit in Santa's lap! Look at his face!
I added some Christmas accessories to my bookcases. I just moved a few things out to fit in the decorations. Not sure if the snowman looks right next to the spring flower picture! lol...
Here is the niche...I love the way the light shines on the swag and reindeer!

I already showed you the tree, but here is the whole dining room. The garland over the china cabinet is actually the mantle garland... I just redid it.
I took it apart and added all the ornaments.

Wow! Look at all the presents under the tree!! lol...I really need to get busy with my shopping.

Thanks for stopping by!! You are welcome anytime! Be sure and stay tuned for my upcoming posts!!

P.S. To all my bloggy friends I haven't visited in while...I'll be by soon, I'm missing you all!

I'm now going hunting for some ribbon to add to my meager attempts. Thanks for sharing your lovely home & wonderful ideas with us.

Oops! Half of my comment disappeared! Here's what I was trying to say...
I love the way you have decorated your home...so sparkly, warm and welcoming! Your mantel is so cute! And I love the garland over your china cabinet! The pic of Chase is so cute! My daughter refused to sit in Santa's lap...ever! We had to stand off to the side and call his name and wave until he looked our way! lol I can't wait to see the rest...hugs...Debbie

It all looks so beautiful! I am sorry I haven't contacted you! Work has been so busy and frustrating the last few months that I have not been very Merry so far. Marcus has even wrapped most of the gifts under our tree and that's my favorite part! I hope to see you soon and I hope you save some frames for me! I need one for my kitchen! I will get with you after the holidays! Merry Christmas to you!!
